- Open the official website 8171.bisp.gov.pk in your browser.
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC number (Shanakhti Card number).
- Type the image / captcha code shown on screen.
- Press "Know your eligibility" (معلوم کریں).
- Your household eligibility and status will be shown. If eligible, it tells you the next step.
💰 Payment amount & schedule
The Benazir Kafaalat programme pays an unconditional quarterly cash stipend to eligible women. The amount is revised by the government each quarter, so always confirm the current figure on the 8171 portal or at your tehsil office. Related components include:

Is 8171 the same as the Ehsaas Programme?
BISP (Benazir Income Support Programme) runs the 8171 service and the Benazir Kafaalat stipend. "Ehsaas" was an umbrella brand for several welfare programmes; the core cash transfer is now delivered through BISP and 8171.
Do I have to pay anyone to get registered?
No. Registration, the NSER survey and the payments are completely free. Anyone demanding money is committing fraud — report them on the helpline.
