💰 Take-Home Salary Calculator

See your net monthly salary after income tax, EOBI and other deductions.

🛠️ Free tool by the NayaPakistan team · Updated September 2026

Your advertised (gross) salary is not what lands in your account. This calculator shows your take-home pay after the main monthly deductions: income tax on the FBR salaried slabs, the employee EOBI contribution, and any provident fund or other percentage deduction you add.

Income tax is progressive — each slab rate applies only to the income inside it — so a raise never reduces your net pay. Use our Salary Tax calculator for the tax breakdown alone. Treat the result as an estimate and confirm the current-year slabs with the FBR.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate take-home salary in Pakistan?

Subtract income tax (on the FBR salaried slabs), the EOBI contribution and any provident-fund deduction from your gross salary. This tool does all three and shows the monthly net.

What is EOBI deduction?

EOBI (Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution) is a pension scheme; the employee contribution is a small fixed amount (about Rs. 250/month). It funds an old-age pension.

Does a higher salary slab reduce my take-home pay?

No. Only the income inside each slab is taxed at that slab's rate, so moving into a higher bracket only taxes the extra rupees more — your net pay always rises.
