Generate a strong, random password of any length, choosing whether to include uppercase letters, numbers and symbols. Longer passwords with a mix of character types are far harder to guess or crack — 16 characters or more is recommended for important accounts.
The password is created in your browser using crypto-strength randomness and is never sent anywhere. Use a different password for every important account (bank, email, social media) and store them in a trusted password manager rather than reusing one.
